2 cups peanut butter
1 (16-ounce) container vanilla sauce
Instructions
⇆
1. Start by microwaving the vanilla icing for about 30 seconds, until soft and pliable.
2. In a saucepan, combine the warmed icing and peanut butter over medium
heat, stirring until the mixture is completely smooth and loose.
3. If the mixture is light, spread evenly over an 8 x 8 inch fudge pan.
4. Let the fudge cool for about an hour or until it is completely set.
You can speed up the process by placing it in the refrigerator.
5. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
Variations and Tips
For a little crunch, consider adding crushed peanuts or pretzel pieces
to the fudge mixture before it sets. Alternatively, you can use
chocolate frosting instead of vanilla for a chocolate-peanut butter
twist. Another fun variation is to sprinkle a little sea salt on top
before it sets to introduce a contrast of sweet and salty flavors.
