INSTRUCTION:


Step 1: Prep the potatoes

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt. Leave the skin on for texture and nutrients.
    Cut into even-sized chunks or wedges—about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. Uniform size ensures even cooking.
 
    Place the cut potatoes in a bowl of cold water and soak for 10–15 minutes. This helps remove excess starch and improves crispness.

Step 2: Season the potatoes

    Drain the potatoes and pat dry with a clean towel. Moisture prevents crisping, so make sure they’re dry.
    In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil (if using), salt, pepper, and all the dried herbs and spices.
    
     Mix well until each piece is evenly coated.

Step 3: Preheat and load the air fryer

    Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F) for 3–5 minutes.
    Arrange the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding—cook in batches if needed.

Step 4: Air fry to perfection

    Cook for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.
